The Exhibition is a reminder of the train of events which began on 25 June 1976 with strikes in Radom and in other provinces, following the announcement of drastic increases in food prices. Demonstrations and street clashes took place in Radom, Ursus and Płock and the Communist authorities reacted with brutal repressions.
